Amendment of the Reserve Forces Act 1996 (Isle of Man) Regulations 2010
2.—(1) The Reserve Forces Act 1996 (Isle of Man) Regulations 2010(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2—
(a)after “the Reserve Forces (Call-out and Recall) (Financial Assistance) Regulations 2005;”, omit “and”; and
(b)after “the Reserve Forces (Provision of Information by Persons Liable to be Recalled) (Amendment) Regulations 2005”, insert—
“; and
the Reserve Forces (Call-out and Recall) (Financial Assistance) (Amendment) Regulations 2015(2)”.
(3) In the Schedule, after paragraph 9 insert—
“PART 5MODIFICATIONS OF SI 2015/460
10. In regulation 3(1)(c), for the definition of “undertaking” inserted by that sub-paragraph, substitute—
““undertaking” means—
(a)
a body corporate or partnership; or
(b)
an unincorporated association carrying on a trade or business, with or without a view to profit.”.
11. In regulation 6, for the words “27th March 2015” substitute “2nd October 2018”.”.
