Commencement of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 20172
The day appointed for the coming into force of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2017 (Master Trusts), so far as not already in force, is—
a
the day after the day on which these Regulations are made, for the purposes of making regulations, and
b
1st October 2018, for all other purposes.
