The Single Common Market Organisation (Emergency Aid for Milk Producers) Regulations 2015

45.—(1) The Single Common Market Organisation (Emergency Aid for Milk Producers) Regulations 2015(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “the Direct Payments Regulation”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/162(2)”.

(3) In regulation 8—

(a) in paragraph (a), at the end insert “, as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2017/2393 of the European Parliament and of the Council(3)”;

(b) in paragraph (b), at the end insert “, as last amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/162”.
