37. In regulation 3(2) of the Scotch Whisky Regulations 2009(1), in the definition of “Blended Malt Scotch Whisky”, for the words from “that have been distilled” to the end substitute “distilled at more than one distillery, or a blend of single malt whisky distillates produced in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (1)(a) and (b) and to which paragraph (1)(c) to (i) will subsequently apply”.
