33. In Schedule 1 to the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (Solway Tweed River Basin District) Regulations 2004(1)—
(a)in paragraph 3(2), for the words from “Council Directive 80/778/EC(2)” to the end substitute “Council Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption(3)”;
(b)in paragraph 14A(1)—
(i)after “on the market”, in the first place it occurs, insert “, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/605,”;
(ii)at the end, insert “, as last corrected by a corrigendum”.
