13. In regulation 26(2) of the Batteries and Accumulators (Placing on the Market) Regulations 2008(1), for the words “and repealing Directive 91/157/EEC(2)” substitute “, as last amended by Directive 2013/56/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council(3),”.
