Regulations 3 and 5 of this Statutory Instrument have been made in consequence of defects in SI 2014/3337 and so this Statutory Instrument is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of SI 2014/3337.

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(2)(c), 18(2)(c), 28(3)(d) and 43(2)(a)(i) of the Defence Reform Act 2014(1), makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 42(4)(b) of the Defence Reform Act 2014, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
