In these Regulations—

• “the Act” means the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018;

• “the 2008 Act” means the European Union (Amendment) Act 2008 F1;

• “the 2011 Act” means the European Union Act 2011 F2;

• “the First Appointed Day” means 4 July 2018.
