23. Any notice, licence, approval, authorisation, or registration issued, served, made or granted under the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (England) Regulations 2010(1) and which has effect at the coming into force of these Regulations remains in force as if it were issued, served, made or granted under these Regulations.
