11.  Paragraph 59 is to have effect as if after sub-paragraph (1) there were inserted—

“(1A) But the housing administrator must ensure compliance with the rules of the society and the provisions of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and the Credit Unions Act 1979.”.
