Amendments to The Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 20053
Schedule 2 to The Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005 is amended as follows—
a
in paragraph 6(3)(a) after “P Scale 4” omit “or above”,
b
in paragraph 6(3)(b) after “P Scale 4” omit “or above”, and
c
omit sub-paragraphs (c) and (d).
