The Treasury approval requirement under section 2(1) (recovery of cost of supervising Community livestock carcase grading procedures) of the Agriculture and Forestry (Financial Provisions) Act 1991 M1 ceases to apply in so far as the function under that provision is exercised by the Welsh Ministers.
