Section 69(1) (Secretary of State's accounts) of the New Towns Act 1981 M1 applies in relation to the exercise of functions under that provision by the Welsh Ministers, as if for “as the Treasury may direct” there were substituted “ as the Welsh Ministers consider appropriate ”.
