33. In Schedule 7 (transfer of relevant activities in connection with railway administration orders) in paragraph 2(1) after sub-paragraph (9) insert—
“(10) A statutory instrument containing an order under this paragraph made by the Welsh Ministers is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.”
Paragraph 2 was amended by the Transport Act 2000 (c. 38), Schedule 16, paragraph 54(5)(c) and by section 49 of the Railways Act 2005 (c. 14).
