These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation (Mandatory Conditions of Licences) (England) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 1st October 2018.

The amendments to the Housing Act 2004 made by regulation 2 do not apply to a licence granted before 1st October 2018.
