Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Lord Chancellor, with the concurrence of the Senior President of Tribunals, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(1) and (9) and 145(1) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20071.
Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Chambers) (Amendment) Order 2018 and comes into force on the 21st day after the day on which it is laid.

The 2010 Order is amended as follows.

In article 12 (Functions of the Lands Chamber) in paragraph (a)(ii)(aa) omit the words “other than appeals allocated to the Tax and Chancery Chamber by article 13(h)”.

In article 13 (Functions of the Tax and Chancery Chamber) in paragraph (1) omit sub-paragraph (h).
Saving provision3
Article 13(1)(h) of the 2010 Order continues to apply in respect of any case where—
a
an application for permission to appeal under rule 21(3)(b) of the 2008 Rules, or
b
a notice of appeal under rule 23(2) of the 2008 Rules,
is received by the Upper Tribunal before the date on which this Order comes into force.
