Regulation 11

SCHEDULE 8 E+W Persons who may not apply for a licence

1.  A person who has at any time held a licence which was revoked under regulation 15 of these Regulations. E+W

2.  A person who has at any time held a licence which was revoked under regulation 17 of the Animal Welfare (Breeding of Dogs) (Wales) Regulations 2014 M1 . E+W
