1.—(1) These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018;
(b)come into force on 1st October 2018.
(2) The following provisions of these Regulations apply in England only—
(a)regulations 2 to 24,
(b)regulations 27 to 29, and
(c)Schedules 1 to 8.
