Provisions coming into force on 16th April 2018

3.  The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 16th April 2018—

(a) section 25 (power to make super-complaints);

(b) section 26 (bodies who may make super-complaints) insofar as not already in force(1), and

(c) section 27 (regulations about super-complaints) insofar as not already in force(2).
