Provisions coming into force on 16th April 20183
The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 16th April 2018—
a
section 25 (power to make super-complaints);
b
section 26 (bodies who may make super-complaints) insofar as not already in force2, and
c
section 27 (regulations about super-complaints) insofar as not already in force3.
