Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(1) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 19811 and sections 6(3)(a) and (9)(k) and 6C of the Transport Act 19852.
Representative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 61(2) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 19813.
