These Regulations may be cited as the Policing and Crime Act 2017 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2018.

Subject to paragraphs (3) to (5), these Regulations come into force on the day after these Regulations are made.

Regulations 4 and 14 come into force 21 days after the day on which these Regulations are made.

Regulation 7 comes into force on 1st March 2018.

Regulations 11 and 12 come into force on 1st April 2018.
