Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 180(1) and (3) of the Policing and Crime Act 2017(1), makes the following Regulations.
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by each House of Parliament in accordance with section 180(4) of that Act.
