The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 113N(1)(a) and (b), (2)(b) and (d), (3), (4)(a), (c), (d) and (e), (5)(a)(iii), (iv) and (v) and (b) and (8) and 160(1)(b) and (c) of the Transport Act 2000 M1 makes the following Regulations.
