Citation, commencement and extent1

This Order may be cited as the United Nations (International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals) Order 2018 and comes into force on 8th March 2018.

This Order extends to the United Kingdom.

So far as this Order relates to proceedings in a service court the relevant provisions extend to any place at which those proceedings are held.
