15. In paragraph 12(9) of Schedule 1 to the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (services which are civil legal services)(1), in paragraph (o) of the definition of “family enactment”, for “section 54” substitute “sections 54 and 54A”.
