SCHEDULE 3 Application and modification of the 1987 Order in respect of parental orders and applications for such orders

5.  Article 25(1) (restrictions on making adoption orders) has effect as if—

(a) in paragraph (1)—

(i) for “an adoption order” there were substituted “a parental order”;

(ii) for “a British adoption order” there were substituted “such an order”; and

(iii) before “persons” there were inserted “person or”;

(b) paragraphs (2) and (3) were omitted.
