SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Application and modification of the 2002 Act in respect of parental orders and applications for such orders

10.  Section 64(1)(1) (other provisions to be made by regulations) has effect as if— U.K.

(a) for “this group of sections” there were substituted “the provisions of this Part in relation to the provision of information”; and

(b) paragraphs (a) and (c) were omitted.
