CHAPTER 1 Amendment of the Capital Requirements Regulation

Article 2 (supervisory powers)

63.  For Article 2 (supervisory powers) substitute—

“For the purposes of ensuring compliance with this Regulation the competent authorities shall have the powers and shall follow the procedures set out in Directive 2013/36/EU UK law.”(1).
