(a) in the first paragraph—

(i) in point (a)—

(aa) for “European” substitute “UK”;

(bb) for “EEIG” substitute “UKEIG”;

(ii) omit point (b);

(b) in the second paragraph, for “grouping” substitute “European Economic Interest Grouping”.
