50. In regulation 4 (application of these regulations)—
(a)for paragraph (1) substitute—
“(1) These Regulations apply in respect of a UK Societas.”;
(b)omit paragraph (2);
(c)in paragraph (3), for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d)an employee of an SE or a representative of such an employee.”.
