PART 2 U.K. Amendment of subordinate legislation

50.  In regulation 4 (application of these regulations)—

(a) for paragraph (1) substitute—

“(1) These Regulations apply in respect of a UK Societas.”;

(b) omit paragraph (2);

(c) in paragraph (3), for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d) an employee of an SE or a representative of such an employee.”.
