In Schedule 2 (provisions of the 2006 Act applying to the registration of SEs)32—

a

in the heading, for “SEs” substitute “UK Societates”;

b

in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4, for “an SE”, in each place it occurs, substitute “a UK Societas”.
