(a)in paragraph 1—

(i)for “an SE” substitute “ a UK Societas ”;

(ii)omit from “governed by” to the end of the paragraph;

(b)in paragraph 2, for “an SE” substitute “ a UK Societas ”;

(c)in paragraph 3, for “SE” substitute “ UK Societas ”;
