2. Section 27 of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (which prevents a non-resident parent from having a United Kingdom passport)(1) comes into force on—
(a)the day after the day on which this Order is made for the purpose of making regulations; and
(b)14th December 2018 for all other purposes.
