The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005

18.  In article 17 (generic promotions)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (a) omit “and”;

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert “; and”;

(c) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(c) does not identify (directly or indirectly) any person as a person who carries on a controlled claims management activity.”.
