In article 17 (generic promotions)—
a
at the end of sub-paragraph (a) omit “and”;
b
at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert “; and”;
c
after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
c
does not identify (directly or indirectly) any person as a person who carries on a controlled claims management activity.
