Amendment of House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975

2.  In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975(1) (other disqualifying offices), at the appropriate place insert the following entry—

“Chairperson of the Welsh Revenue Authority appointed under section 3(1)(a) of the Tax Collection and Management (Wales) Act 2016(2) and members of the Authority appointed under section 3(1)(b) of that Act.”
