Amendment of House of Commons Disqualification Act 19752.
In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 19752 (other disqualifying offices), at the appropriate place insert the following entry—
“Chairperson of the Welsh Revenue Authority appointed under section 3(1)(a) of the Tax Collection and Management (Wales) Act 20163 and members of the Authority appointed under section 3(1)(b) of that Act.”
