Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (London Spatial Development Strategy) Regulations 2000

2.  In regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (London Spatial Development Strategy) Regulations 2000(1)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(c)(iii), for the words from “Article 5” to “substances” substitute “regulation 5 of the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 2015(2)”;

(b) omit paragraph (2).
