16.  In regulation 63 (prohibition on issuing electronic money by persons other than electronic money issuers), in paragraph (1)— U.K.

(a) omit sub-paragraph (c);

(b) in sub-paragraph (d), omit the words from “or exercising” to “EEA firms)”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (f), omit the words from “the European” to the end.
