The Defence Council makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 328(5), 329 and 373(5)(b) of the Armed Forces Act 20061.

A draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 373(3) of that Act2 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
