74. In regulation 4 of the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Detection of Fraud and Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2013(1) (power to require information), in paragraph (10)—
(a)in the definition of “bank”, omit paragraph (b) (but not the final “or”);
(b)in the definition of “insurer”, omit paragraph (e) and the “or” before it.
