The administrator must pay as an expense of the administration any expenses which the administrator considers to have been reasonably incurred by —
a
a nominated person in making a statement of affairs and a statutory declaration; or
b
a relevant person in making a statement of concurrence.

Any decision by the administrator under this rule is subject to appeal to the court.
