Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendments) (Cannabis and Licence Fees) (England, Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2018, and come into force on 1st November 2018.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 2001 Regulations” means the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001(1);
“the 2010 Regulations” means the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 2010(2); and
“the 2015 Order” means the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (England, Wales and Scotland) Order 2015(3).
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
