The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 29(5)(b) to (d) and (6) and 29A of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985(1).
1985 c. 70. Section 29 was amended by paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (c. 31) and S.I. 2013/1036. Section 29A was added by section 130 of the Housing and Planning Act 2016 (c. 22).
