33.  In section 248(1) (management tender: supplemental)—

(a) in subsection (4) before paragraph (aa) insert—

“(za) the HCA,”,

(b) in subsection (7) after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) the HCA,”,

(c) in subsection (8) before paragraph (aa) insert—

“(za) the HCA,”.
