The Welfare of Animals (Transport) (England) Order 2006

3.—(1) The Welfare of Animals (Transport) (England) Order 2006(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2, delete paragraph (4).

(3) In article 20, for paragraph (4), substitute—

“(4) The Secretary of State is responsible for designating bodies in accordance with Articles 17(2), 18(1) and 19(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2005.”.
