Implementation strategy: approval17
Where trustees are required to submit an implementation strategy to the Regulator for approval, it must be submitted before the end of the 28 days beginning with the date on which—
a
the decision to refuse or withdraw authorisation became final, in the case of a triggering event within item 1, 2 or 2A24 of the table in section 21(6) of the Act; or
b
the triggering event occurred, in the case of a triggering event within any other item of the table in section 21(6) of the Act.
