These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Master Trusts) Regulations 2018.

These Regulations, with the exception of regulation 23(2)(b)(i) and (ii), come into force on 1st October 2018.

Regulation 23(2)(b)(i) and (ii) comes into force on 1st April 2019.
